All shipping is FREE within the UK. On international orders, FREE shipping is provided on orders over £250.

All returns within the UK are FREE. Please email us at and we will send you return postage information. However, all international customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

Processing time:

Your Luisant Hair extensions are shipped from our warehouses located in London, UK and New Jersey, USA. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Therefore, please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.

We do not take responsibility for products lost or damaged in transit due to the performance of our carriers. That said, we will do whatever we can to placate your concerns around any deficiencies in third-party shipping services. All of our orders are insured for the value of the shipment by third-party service providers.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete address is provided it may delay processing. We request that you review the shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. 

Please note that for all shipments outside EU, duties and taxes will be charged by your local authorities. Our prices do not include any local duties and taxes.

Tracking Your Order:

We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed. This will be sent to the e-mail address provided during checkout. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to track your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, kindly get in touch with the courier before contacting us. Kindly allow 1 -3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Refunds are given to the original method of payment after we have seen and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. All customers are advised to contact us after sending the package back and provide us with tracking information in order for us to process the refund.

Please note that most banks will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement prior to contacting us.

International Taxes and Duties:

Kindly note that customers outside the European Union are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority levies. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Luisant Hair and therefore cannot be refunded. 

We ship international packages with duties and taxes unpaid. In other words, these fees are not included in the price of the goods you buy from our website. All applicable duties and taxes must be paid by the customer in order to receive the parcel. We recommend that you contact your local customs office or tax agent to find out the amount of levies charged on packages coming from outside your country. Unfortunately, it would not be possible for us to advise on the amount of these charges.

Please note that some international courier companies pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes due on the goods. This ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible time. The goods are delivered to you upon the full repayment of those duties . In some instances, you may receive an invoice from your courier company after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf in your country of residence, as well as a small administration fee. 

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address.

Extra Shipping Charges: If the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like us to ship it to you again, you will have to bear the cost second time.
